Good morning,

I would like to share with you my recent experience with Denise Sperl. Two weeks ago, I returned home from a business trip to find that my car’s windshield had cracked. I called Allstate to file a claim and schedule a replacement. I was able to schedule an appointment with Glass America for the following day.

Unfortunately, I had a poor experience with the service provided. I called Allstate to share my feedback and was transferred to Glass America to discuss. Again, another unpleasant experience with the Glass America representative.

I called Denise and while she was out of the office, I was able to leave her a voicemail and provide detailed information to Mary. The next morning (Good Friday), Denise called and listened to my concerns. She said she would contact Glass America and share my feedback.
Yesterday, I received a phone call from Glass America and I was able to discuss in detail my experiences. Glass America listened, apologized and offered to have my car detailed, which I agreed to as more than fair. Later in the day, Denise called to follow up and to confirm my satisfaction with the outcome.

I feel that Denise went above and beyond and for that I am grateful. Without her help, I would not have been able to address my concerns with Glass America, and have them resolved.
