Customer Service Representative

Fingar Insurance is in search of a dedicated Customer Service Representative who thrives in collaborative environments and excels in both face-to-face and telephone interactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients in person and over the phone, creating lasting impressions through exceptional communication skills.
- Seamlessly juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a customer-centric focus, ensuring each client feels valued and understood.
- Harness your computer and email proficiency to navigate various systems, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in client interactions.
Qualifications:
- 2 years’ of experience in customer service is preferred, showcasing your ability to provide top-notch customer assistance.
- Possession of a valid NYS Driver’s License to support potential client interactions.
- An Associates’ Degree (preferred), demonstrating your commitment to education and personal growth.
